Payment & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Texas Appliance Hub. This Payment & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made through our website, in-store, or by phone.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Payment Methods Accepted

We accept secure payments through:

  • Credit Cards / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

  • Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer for high-value or bulk orders

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.
We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.


2. Order Processing & Confirmation

Orders are processed after payment is successfully received.
You will receive:

  • Order confirmation email

  • Sales invoice

  • Delivery/shipping updates

If incorrect billing/shipping information is provided, or fraud verification fails, we reserve the right to cancel or hold the order until verified.


3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship appliances throughout the United States.
Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Item availability

  • Your delivery address

  • Carrier schedules

Estimated Delivery:

  • Small Appliances: 3–7 Business Days

  • Large / Heavy Appliances: 5–14 Business Days

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.


4. Local Delivery & In-Home Services (If Applicable)

For large appliances in eligible service areas, we may offer:

  • In-home delivery

  • Curbside drop delivery

  • Haul Away of Old Appliance (optional, additional fee)

  • Professional Installation (performed by certified technicians, additional fee)

Installation must be performed by authorized installers to maintain manufacturer warranty validity.


5. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are required to inspect the product at the time of delivery.

Please check for:

  • Visible damage

  • Missing accessories

  • Incorrect item delivered

If there is visible damage, do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately.

Once the delivery is accepted and signed for, external damage claims cannot be filed.


6. No Refund / No Return Policy (Important)

Due to the nature of electronic and major household appliances, and to comply with U.S. manufacturer warranty rules, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, model, or fit chosen by customer

  • Items that have been opened, installed, or used

  • Damage caused after delivery or due to improper installation

  • Issues covered under manufacturer warranty

Defective Products

If a product develops a functional issue, it is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
In such cases:

  1. A certified technician from the manufacturer must inspect the appliance.

  2. If deemed defective by the manufacturer, repair or replacement will be handled under their warranty terms.

We assist in coordinating service but final approval is solely determined by the manufacturer, not Texas Appliance Hub.


7. Warranty Support

All appliances sold come with the official U.S. manufacturer’s warranty.

To request service:

  • Contact the brand’s customer support, or

  • Contact us and we will guide you to the authorized service center

Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Power fluctuations

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse or negligence
